Until now, blogging was only visual for me. From now on, I will try to “write” more. Well, not really write; Let me rephrase that: interact more.
I’m a fan of letters, postcards. Besides my addiction to paper and pencils, I love buying cards, envelopes.
I used to cut out pictures I liked out of newspapers, magazines to use in my letters. [Leaving awesome holes behind]. (You don’t want to know how much I ‘suffered’ to rip out a picture out of a magazine at a doctor’s office, train etc. I’m sorry for the next reader but sometimes you have to grab your chance if you see something that touches you. Or else you might lose it forever.)
Over the last couple of years, I have started to write less and less and my fingers remained ink-free through all the typing instead of holding a pen. Then through an inspiring blog-post I came across a while ago, I got this idea of writing to people who would want to receive a postcard from a stranger.
So, here is the deal:
In case your mailbox (the one standing outside your house and not the virtual one.) feels lonely and you would like to receive a postcard (maybe including a nice quote depending on the mood), drop your address in my message box and I will try to send one postcard a week.
